Enable sending on Postfix/Dovecot for application service accounts

It may also be desirable to abstract the Postfix and Dovecot groups in OpenLDAP to a single group for mail users.

This may involve updating the TLS certificate to accept bare eom.dev domains, which may influence a decision to modify the hostname of this service to simply mail.eom.dev.

Test tubes will need to be held at an angle inside the centrifuge. This will be challenging to achieve with a 3D printer.
