**Description**
We're moving from tccr.io to oci.trueforge.org
TCCR meant "TrueCharts Container Repository" however, it mostly stores
chart artefacts.
At the same time, we want to more clearly allow us to store
containers/artifacts not related to truecharts.
Its also worth noting that an additional .io domain carries additional
costs.

**Description**
This adds preliminary (not verified or sanitized!) support for pod
affinity settings
Also adds a default affinity rule, that ensures workloads with the same
PVCs get scheduled on the same nodes

**Description**
This updates the Ark Survival evolved chart to comply to our current
quality guidelines and use a container thats more suited towards
ark-specifically.
The new container includes ark-server-manager, which allows for
automatic management of mods as well.

**Description**
vertical pod autoscaler would allow our users, even on single nodes, to
more dynamically adapt the resource limits and request of their charts.
For multi-node this will likely also lead to better resource spread.

Currently annotations for services are set by global keys.
We want to move away from that and streamline setup just like is done
with ingress: using "integrations" that can be toggled per service and
per integration.
Its breaking as its now disabled by default AND the global keys have
