fix(authelia): remove notifier and auth. backend (#33352)

List any dependencies that are required for this change. --> ⚒️ The default `file` authentication_backend and the default `filesystem` notifier create problem when a user want to define different ones in their own values (e.g., `ldap` authentication_backend and the `smtp` notifier). This PR removes the default values for these settings to prevent such conflict. build(goreleaser): generate/publish AUR package (#32666)

List any dependencies that are required for this change. --> This PR modifies the `.goreleaser.yaml` file such that a PKGBUILD file for AUR deployment of clustertool is automatically generated and published. I followed the [AUR GoReleaser Documentation](https://goreleaser.com/customization/aur/). fix(clustertool): localtime should be fetched after NTP time (#30581)

List any dependencies that are required for this change. --> ⚒️ Fixes #30580 By swapping the localtime and the NTP time in the code, we ensure the time it takes to receive an answer from the NTP server is not actually counted as a time discrepancy.
