feat(lyrion-music-server): adds lyrion music server (#20459)

I have pretty much just changed all references to "Logitech Media Server" to point to the new Lyrion Music Server. **📃 Notes:** <!-- Please enter any other relevant information here --> I had to bump pre-commit plugin versions to get the hooks to work on my Mac.
