Mount base.html by subPath; ConfigMap ..data dirs crash listmonk

A whole-directory ConfigMap mount puts ..data symlink dirs in --static-dir, which listmonk refuses to read (CrashLoopBackOff). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
