**Description**
Replaces the deprecated `--collector.filesystem.ignore-mount-points` and
`--collector.filesystem.ignore-fs-types` with
`--collector.filesystem.mount-points-exclude` and

**Description**
Node exporter fails to start, apparently because it cannot create
additional mountpoints under `/host`. This PR changes the mount points
as follows:
* `procfs` changes from `/host/proc` to `/hostproc`.
* `sysfs` changes from `/host/sys` to `/hostsys`.
