Fix storage issues (#102)

* setting enabled to true is a requirement

* setting empty-dir to false on all might be wise

* increase minor version numbers

* remove redundant empty dir setting

* Comment out appVolumeMounts from default values.yaml file

* use empty dirs for all test_values (and nothing more)

* Small typo fixes
