Add FreeRadius App (#674)

* Initial work on FreeRadius App

* use truecharts container

* remove unused configmap

* add v to container declearation

* UDP

* disable healthchecks due to UDP ports used

* questions cleanup

* some more tweaks

* also cleanup openldap a bit
