Emails are successfully being sent with the eric@postfix.eom.dev account, but service accounts such as gitea@postfix.eom.dev are being rejected. The source of this error is unknown, but it should be fixed to enable SMTP functionalities for eom.dev services.

This may involve updating the TLS certificate to accept bare eom.dev domains, which may influence a decision to modify the hostname of this service to simply mail.eom.dev.

Gitea has been reconfigured to utilize the new SMTP server settings. Redeploying via Helm Charts was a smooth process. I forgot to log time.
