The Helm chart used to deploy Matrix includes an optional Coturn server for VoIP calls. Modify the task file to configure this feature.

Unable to deploy independently from small-hack charts. A custom deployment with docker could be done, but Matrix 2.0 negates the need. This is likely unnecessary.
